Grief is how a person reacts to a loss. It can be the death of a loved one, or the loss of a marriage or a job.

If you have recently experienced a loss, you know how debilitating grief can be. You may think your life has been destroyed and there is no hope for normalcy or happiness again.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve after a significant loss. Most people eventually discover how to move on with life, but the time required can differ dramatically from one person to another.

Therapy can be a safe and supportive place to deal with your grief. Together, we can work through the sadness and despair. With time, we can help you adjust to the loss and begin the process of renewal.
