I am a psychotherapist and counselor practicing in the Fremont/Queen Anne area of Seattle, Washington. I provide counseling and therapy for individuals, couples, adolescents and children who struggle with a variety of problems.

My training and practice are based on a Holistic approach - built upon the belief that our mind, body and spirit all interact to create our vitality, passion and purpose. To heal one part, we must acknowledge all three. Through Holistic counseling, you can overcome life's challenges, survive difficult events and experience a vital, joyful, productive life.
